About Me

tldr…

As a UX researcher, I leverage my background in data science and consulting to create data-driven designs that prioritize the user. With a practical approach to design, I draw on my passion for storytelling to connect with users and understand their needs. My curiosity for the “why” of things enables me to advocate for users during every facet of their journey.

The longer story…

My design journey first started when I joined my high school’s yearbook committee. Starry-eyed, I had no idea how much I would love hearing people’s stories and curating the beautiful pages that told these stories. After high school, I continued designing, creating social media graphics for various organizations.

When I began my job in data science consulting, I enjoyed drawing insight from the data to provide strategic recommendations to our clients. However, beyond recommendations, I wanted to be a part of the solution ideation process.

UX research allows me to do just that, hearing people’s experiences and stories and coming up with design solutions that can improve their experiences.

Apart from UX, you will find me drinking water out of my beloved Owala (hydrate or die-drate!), kicking back to a good book (reach out if you have a good rec :), or finding my next favorite cafe. I also have a soft spot for hearing other people’s stories, matcha lattes, and a good adventure!
